This fun full-body sculpt class blends yoga-inspired warm-up flows, rhythmic bodyweight movements, and resistance band work for an energizing workout that builds strength, endurance, and stabilization. Set to upbeat music, you’ll move with intention and find your groove through each sequence. We’ll wrap with a deep stretch to support recovery!

After class, stick around to recharge with an hour of sauna and cold plunge, the perfect way to wind down and reset.

Yoga mats, resistance bands, and packets from Dr. Stephanie’s Bye-Bye Weekend line will be provided to support hydration and recovery:

  • Electrolytes: Zero-sugar hydration with vitamins, probiotics, and detox-support ingredients to help replenish and reduce post-weekend fatigue or bloating.

  • PM Packets: A melatonin-free blend with chlorella, magnesium, and gentle digestive support to promote overnight recovery and relaxation.

  • Please bring a towel, water, and comfortable clothes to change into after the sauna and cold plunge.

  • The studio room is heated.
