SHANNON ROSE
Shannon Rose is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor based in the Twin Cities. Her teaching style blends a strong foundation in yoga with strength training and mobility work, creating classes and programs that emphasize functional strength, athletic performance, and long-term movement health. She believes true strength is built through a balance of stability and mobility that supports efficient, sustainable movement.
She currently teaches weekly group fitness classes at The Grind MPLS in the North Loop, leads private wellness events across the metro area, and provides personalized 1:1 training.
Shannon is passionate about community and continued learning. Her next focus is advancing her education through corrective exercise specialization training to further expand her offerings and better support her clients.
